Editorial
✍️🃏Editorial: The AI agents are coming
What started as a trickle of rumors and leaks has now become a constant stream of all the major players getting ready to release their web agents for public use. The capabilities of these agents might not be mind-blowing in the beginning, but the improvements will be fast in implementation and epic in scope.

"The future is written in code. Will you be a reader or a writer?" - Image and caption created by Gemini because I asked nicely.
First of all, what the heck is an AI agent? Well in simple terms these AI agents will be able to complete simple web based tasks for you, like finding the best price on apples, booking a flight, researching a paper, sending emails, that sort of thing.
So far I have only seen a few videos of these agents at work and at present, although they are off to an impressive start, they still have a long way to go before they are truly useful and life changing.
The agents are coming, that is inevitable. The only questions are when? and will they change our daily lives a little or a lot?
Should we be excited or worried?
