🤖🛠️Google AI alphabet maker

I recently came across this interesting tool for creating custom alphabets. AI powered of course, lol.

My first couple of tries were not great, but I did get one I’m very happy with. It’s a set inspired by the artist Brancusi who had a certain style of distilling art down to it’s fundamental forms, he tried to represent everything with 3 basics, egg, pebble, and blade of grass. I always wondered why he picked those three and I bet you are wondering why I picked this style. Well, to be honest, I really have no idea but I do like the results.

While prompting I was surprised how many prompts were declined, being Google, I assume very high guardrails were built into the system to keep from generating anything even slightly off-color. I couldn’t use the name Brancusi for instance, anyhow, good prompting is something we all need to practice, so I kept at it, and got what I wanted by describing Brancusi’s style.

Once the initial set is complete you can go back and redo any individual letters that you aren’t happy with, I had 4 or 5, to redo and after a couple tries, I was happy with the results.

I decided to save them in Canva to use sometime in the future.
